Hey!
So...new website time!
After piles of writing, deletions, and revisions, I've lit up my new website.
You can find it here heycurtis.com

It's a unique website, to be sure, and not something that would be considered typical of a realtor, I suppose.
In the effort to create it the way I wanted, I ran up against a lot of resistance. You should do it this way, don't do that, do this instead, etc. In the end, I wanted it this way. You know what they say—be yourself, everyone else is already taken. Hopefully, I don't sink to the bottom of the Google algorithm 😫
But hey Curtis, why'd you call your website heycurtis? Good question, I thought you'd ask. Well, when I get an email or a text asking for advice, it usually starts with "Hey, Curtis..." It's a website about giving
advice and answering questions, so it seemed like a nice fit!
I'm particularly proud of the How-to Guides—one for buyers, one for sellers and one on financing.

Winning The Internet
|
Since this newsletter seems to be all about me this month haha, I'll add one more request.
If you've bought or sold a home, and I was your realtor, and you thought it went well, I'd be super grateful if you'd be kind enough to leave a quick Google Business Review. The people on the internet that speculate on such things say these reviews will shoot me into orbit like a billionaires space flight rocket hobby.
If you're reading this on a tablet or desktop, all you need to do is point your phone camera at this QR code and open the link.

If you're on your phone or just want to click, go here Curtis Bonar Regina Realtor
It's a google search of my name, and you'll get a page with a
sidebar on the right that looks like this. When you get there click on "reviews."

As you can see, I have one review so far. High five 🙌 You could be next!
If you already have a Google account, it will only take a sec.
If you don't have an account, you'll have to click "sign in," then "use another account," then "create an account - for myself" (which you don't have to create, it's just Google's way of trying to get you to add a Gmail), then "use my current email address instead." Stupid Google.
As always, thanks for taking the time to read this, and tell someone you love 'em 💕
